Eduard Baghirov, born in 1968, citizen of Ukraine.

Since 1993 Eduard Baghirov runs remedial organization, the main aim of which is the protection of human and citizens' rights.

In 2001 Eduard worked out the author's project and initiated foundation of the international non-governmental organization - "International League for the Protection of Rights of Ukrainian Citizens". It has been registered by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and was run by Eduard Baghirov in the capacity of Head of Administration Board.

In June, 2003 Eduard developed theinternational remedial project "Black List".

International Remedial Project "Black List" is founded to prevent violations of Ukrainian and other states citizens' rights pursued by the bodies of the state power.

Applying to this site, founded by the legalists - Eduard Baghirov and his colleague-associates, nationals will get a chance to make public all the facts of the rights violations. This will render assistance in their protection.

Dmitry Titsky, born in 1981, citizen of Ukraine.

Dmitry has graduated from the Kyiv State Lingusstic University, having a degree of legal expert and mastering two foreign languages (English & Spanish).

Dmitry takes an active part in the work of the international non-governmental organization "International League for the Protection of Rights of Ukrainian citizens" in the capacity of the Directior of the Information Center. He also is a member in many remedial projects.

Dmitry Titsky takes part in the project "Black List" as the First Assistant of the Supervisor (Eduard Baghirov). Dmitry has developed the Internet versions of sites of the League (www.ligaforpeople.com.ua) and "Black List" (www.blackpage.com.ua).

Consecutive public activity of Dmitry Titsky in the sphere of the remedial work in Ukraine. His contribution is appreciated by diplomas of INGO "International League for the Protection of Rights of Ukrainian citizens".
